We are needing this information in order to help look after our supply staff so please could you answer the following questions.
Did they cut short your contract?
Are you included in the staff rota and has your engagement been honoured?
Are the agency/school in contact with you at the moment?
Are you on PAYE or with an umbrella Company?
Could you include any other information that could be relevant.
